The following must be submitted in order to complete your child's enrollment in our school:

1. Enrollment application must be complete and submitted at the time of registration. 

​

2. Enrollment fee is required to be paid at the time of registration. For your convenience, we offer a payment plan schedule with the first payment payable at the time of registration.

 

All Enrollment fees must be paid in full in order to guarantee your child's enrollment at CHUMS. Classes are filled on a first come first serve basis. If the class you are enrolling in is full, you will be placed on a waiting list.

CHUMS families come from a wide community base. We encourage any new families who are interested in our toddler, preschool or Kindergarten program to schedule a personal tour. During your tour you have the opportunity to explore the campus, see our classrooms, and learn about our programs in more detail.
